Soft, floaty, feminine baby blue shift style dress with asymmetrical front ruffle and puffed sleeves with button cuffs, sheer fabric, no stretch. It has side belt loops but is missing belt. Would look fab paired with a thin fabric belt in a different shade of blue for some statement colour blocking – “Cerulean” blue perhaps…
Proudly made in New Zealand by a seamstress called Enid Herbert. The dress has been tailored to a more mini dress style.

Very minor pull in 1x sleeve, middle front ruffle and lower back. 1x very faint mark at front. And the odd loose thread around buttons on sleeves. Not truly noticeable when wearing. Otherwise it's in great vintage condition.
