Oh this brings me back -a total staple of the Y2K era – a fully lined, low rise midi mermaid pleated skirt with an asymmetrical piped patterning and at pleated edges. Back zipper and belt loops (but missing a belt).
Very reminiscent of whimsical grunge. Pair with a crop and chunky boots – 'mwah'.
Minor pilling in places otherwise its in excellent vintage condition.
